Thank you for shopping at our shop! While our goal is for every customer to love their purchases from our shop, we understand that isn’t always the case. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will offer you a return on your order. Please read our return and exchanges policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions.

In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements:

The item is returned in its original condition with all original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.
The item is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason.
The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way or with any wear and tear, including dirt, scuffs, scratches.
Our Return and refund policy last for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can no longer authorize your return requests.
The clients are to cover the shipping costs to return their item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They do not handle return shipments. If your package is returned there and lost, we will no longer be able to assist with your request.

We are not liable for any return packages that have been lost or stolen and damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your item(s).

All goods will be inspected on return.

To complete your return request, please include a receipt or proof of purchase, visual evidence (e.g. photo, video) of the products.

Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once the order is placed, customers can cancel the order and get full refund by making a receipt and proceeding to return the goods (related returning fee is paid by customers).

In case customers want to cancel the order and receive the refund immediately, we will charge 10% processing fee for each canceled order. The refund would take 1-2 business days after we receive and confirm the cancellation.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email .

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
